  • We specialize in organic produce, A2 ghee, natural foods, and wellness products.
  • Because many of our items are fresh or perishable, natural variations in appearance, size, or packaging may occur. We take utmost care in packaging delicate and temperature-sensitive items safely for transit.

3. Ordering, Delivery, and Pickup

  • Same-Day Hyper-Local Delivery: We offer rapid, same-day delivery within a 7 km radius via delivery partners such as Porter.
  • Delivery Fees: Standard delivery within the 7 km zone is charged at a flat rate of ₹50. Free delivery is automatically applied to orders above ₹999 within this standard zone.
  • Long-Distance Deliveries: For orders located beyond the 7 km radius, delivery charges apply as per actual logistics costs. Our team will contact you to coordinate and confirm additional charges prior to dispatch. Customers may also pay delivery charges directly to the delivery partner if required.
  • In-Store Pickup: Customers can choose the free pickup option during checkout and collect their orders directly from our store at Jivan Organics, Yelahanka New Town.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify product prices, delivery fees, or free shipping thresholds at any time without prior notice.

5. Returns, Damaged Goods, and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of organic and food products, we inspect all items before dispatch.
  • If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled, customers must notify us immediately upon delivery with supporting photographs. Our team will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Account and Checkout Information

  • By providing your contact information, delivery address, and preferences during checkout, you warrant that all details provided are accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect address or contact information provided by the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jivan Organics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, consumption of products, or third-party delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
